This is a list of the current software applications available. These applications allow
you to easily administer, record, score, rate, and print your assessments or surveys.
The applications are designed following the same model. This
allows you the greatest number of options for administering
assessments. When using the programs to administer the
assessments, several options are available. A staff person can conduct an
interview session with the client where the staff person asks the client the
questions and records their answers into the computer. The computer program can
be setup to run in a secure client entry format where the client answers the
questions directly on the computer. A paper form (provided along with the application) can be given to the client,
who marks their answers to the questions on this form. Then a staff/clerical person can enter the answers into the
computer program using the program's quick entry method. It is also possible for the client to mark their answers
on a scanner ready form. Once completed, this form is scanned and the assessment is scored and saved onto the computer.
Then the clinician can review the scored assessment and make their final recommendations.
